Acuity Medical, Inc is a privately held medical sales and marketing organization based in the Annapolis, Maryland area. The company offers sales, marketing, and distribution support from a skilled and experienced sales force that covers Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. After three years with the firm, and helping to successfully raise additional operating funding via the venture capital channel, he resigned and purchased Acuity Medical. His background also includes five years of sales and marketing management positions with the Optiva Corporation, now part of Philips Healthcare, makers of the sonicare® sonic toothbrush. The Optiva Corporation was INC Magazines #1 Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in America during his employment. He also spent five years and held key sales management positions with Thermoscan, Inc, makers of the instant ear thermometer and now a Gillette / Braun company. His employment with both firms spanned start-up to acquisition. He graduated from Towson University in 1984 and currently resides in the Annapolis area with his wife Susan and children Brent, Courtney, and Christopher. Pam Jones / Eastern Pennsylvania and New JerseyPam has considerable medical sales experience. Prior to joining Acuity Medical, she was a principal in Brad Jones, Inc, a regional medical products sales organization. She has developed a passion for her customers and is a true patient advocate. She understands of how to manage her business and push product thru the sales cycle pipeline. Pam is considered an expert in dealer relations and closing new business. Her high energy and enthusiasm is contagious and his customers truly love doing business with her. Dan Jackson / Northern Virginia, District of Columbia, and MarylandDan joined Acuity Medical in 2004 from sales and sales management positions with Metropolitan Medical. He developed his sales skills with Xerox, Kendall, Chesapeake Breathing / 3Ci, and Owens and Minor. Dan is a true sales professional whose specialty is developing mutually beneficial long term relationships with his customers. He is a great listener and detailed planner with a strong track record of high sales achievement. He graduated from Howard University and currently lives in Baltimore with his wife Deborah. He has four grown children. Jim Carr / Virginia Jim Carr is a skilled medical sales professional whose focus is on his customers. Jim has been an independent rep for five years and enjoys developing solutions for his customers. Jim resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and two children. David Smith / Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia David is a experienced sales professional who has been an independent sales representative for fifteen years. He knows his market well and how to mange his direct and distribution business. Dave currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jim Fletcher / Maryland and Central Pennsylvania Jim Fletcher has more than twenty five years of medical product sales and sales management experience including several years with Hoffman Surgical and Armstong Medical Industries.
